We are not a franchise or part of a conglomerate. We are a single office located in the heart of Miami. We have been in business since 2002 and we are very proud to help our community. Our philosphy is simple - we treat every client with the same high level of respect and diligent service, regardless of whether they are buying, selling, or renting.

Denni is originally from Westbrook, Maine. She graduated from the University of Buffalo in New York with a degree in Health Science and moved to South Florida in 1997. She became licensed in 2001 and has been our Broker since we opened. She is extremely detail-oriented and has processed every transaction we have ever done. Although she may come across as calm and quiet, Denni is the ultimate negotiator. She is our engine that makes everything possible. |

Marc is from Washington, D.C. and this company is his childhood dream. After graduating in 1996 with a Management degree from George Mason University, he relocated to the Miami area. Starting with $6,000 capital, he purchased, rehabbed, and sold 19 properties in six years. Marc is a licensed Realtor and our Manager. His drive and energy have been the guiding force of our company.

Alicia comes from Salt Lake City, Utah, via Alice Springs, Australia. She is a world traveler who now makes Miami her home. After graduating from the University of Miami with a Medical Doctorate degree in 2000, she became a Realtor and our business partner. Alicia is intelligent and has a heart of gold. She handles all of our marketing and advertising. Her calm demeanor and the two beautiful pups she adopted bring balance to our office. |

Gloria was born in Bogota Colombia, and her family moved to New York City when she was only 8 years old. She later moved to the windy city of Chicago and in 1974 married Guillermo, the love of her life. Gloria had always dreamed of having two girls and those dreams came true first in 1978 when Veronica was born, and then again in 1980 with the arrival of Maritza. Ten years later, the whole family decided to move to Miami in search of warm weather and no more snow.
In 1992 she became a Realtor and established her motto "Service and Results with Gloria." For the past 18 years she has worked with all types of Real Estate, including residential, commercial, and agricultural. We are extremely happy to have Gloria on our team. She shares our passion for Real Estate, as well as our dedication to treat every client as family.

Ali was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. She is the proud mother of a beautiful 12 year old daughter. After living in Atlanta, Georgia, they made their way down to sunny South Florida, arriving in August 2008. Much like the three founding members, Ali has a background helping the community in Health Care. She feels blessed and thankful to have reached her goal of becoming a licensed Realtor and making Miami Real Estate USA her new home.

Jared was born and raised in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. His family moved to Miami in 1979 after his father got a job with Eastern Airlines as a sheet metal mechanic. After graduating from North Miami Beach Senior High School, he immediately became a business owner in the collectible industry. After three years he decided to further his education and pursue a degree in Management and Business Administration. Jared has always had a passion for Real Estate and brings to our company years of customer service, having worked at JC Penney and Enterprise Rent a Car.
He has been with Best Buy in Aventura for the past 6 years and is very excited to help our clients find homes in South Florida.

Stephen was born and raised in Miami. He is a world traveler who recently spent a year in Turkey. His fluency in Spanish, professional demeanor, and communication skills make him a great Realtor, as well as Head Concierge at the brand new five-star J.W. Marriott Hotel in downtown Miami. |

Cody and Katie were born in February 2004. We do not know much about their lives as puppies. In early 2009 their owners lost their home to foreclosure and they were both placed in a shelter. Alicia rescued them and they completely changed our lives.
In one of his first walks, Cody found our new office, and soon afterwards we moved from North Miami to the Brickell area. They are both extremely well-behaved and although they may bark every now and then, they never bite. They have their own office in the back and occasionally they will come out and greet only our very special clients.
